Fire Slashing Services Group 1 Areas 1 to 5 and Group 2

⁠⁠⁠The Yarra Ranges Shire Council (‘Council’) invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Fire Slashing Services Group 1 Areas 1 to 5 and Group 2 (‘the Services’).

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by up to an additional (3) years which may comprise of three (3) one (1) year extension options.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Council anticipates engaging between 3 and 6 parties for provision of the Services.
Council may either:
* Award the entire contract to one (1) party; or
* Award areas to different parties.

The Services are divided into six (6) parts as per the Specification:
* Group 1 Area 1;
* Group 1 Area 2;
* Group 1 Area 3;
* Group 1 Area 4;
* Group 1 Area 5; and
* Group 2.

Tenderers may bid on each or any combination of the parts mentioned above. Council will appoint a maximum of one (1) Contractor per area of the Specification.

Services will be allocated to Tenderers according to best value outcomes based on the findings of the evaluation process.

Tender submissions must be received by TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
