The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for a Principal Consultant Architect for the design, documentation and delivery of a new hospital in Kingaroy. It includes all functional requirements of a Principal Consultant in relation to the delivery of a construction project using the traditional lump sum procurement methodology.
Depending on requirements these services include (but are not limited to):
* Design and documentation of new buildings
* Preparation of contract documentation
* Oversight of Construction and Post Construction stages in the role of Principal Consultant
* Preparation of pre-construction works packages for demolition and site works
* Engagement and management of sub-consultants as required to complete the works
