University Technology Sydney (UTS) is currently looking to set up a Panel with qualified / licensed caterers to provide catering services for a variety of business events from simple morning teas to graduations and fine dining.
UTS aims to find vibrant, reliable, creative and dynamic suppliers able to offer a variety of catering styles including experienced catering staff. Suppliers must provide proof of previous experience in the delivery of excellence catering services.
Every year, UTS holds several events for which catering services are required.
The panel will be comprised of an agile set of catering suppliers in order to meet all types Catering requirements. Some of the events at UTS (which include but are not limited to) are: Graduations & Ceremonies, Summer School, Orientations, UTS fair, Information day, Postgraduates & Undergraduate Information evenings, Workshops, Seminars, Casual Morning & Afternoon teas amongst, formal business lunches and dinners amongst others.
Tenderers must provide evidence that they can provide a great variety of food like: Buffets, Asian Style Platters, Sandwich Platters, Finger Food Warm, Gourmet finger sandwiches Sharing Platters, Rolls & Wraps formal dining and special dietary food like Gluten Free, Halal Food, Vegan, Non-Dairy Food
