Landfield Corporation, as a progressive organisation operating a range of enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development sectors, continues to expand. With significant involvement in key projects in VIC, NSW and QLD, our operational interests have just been complemented by a new joint venture (JV) agreement that will see us grow into new markets across Australia.

In line with our expansion agenda, we're keen to offer staff a salary sacrifice option and seek a solution to our internal requirements. ATO compliant, and a system that provides seamless functionality attribute much to what we aim to achieve as a result of this market call.

Specifically, proposals are sought from professional organisations that present either a managed outsourced service, or a software package to be used internally, that can perform all required functions (i.e. calculations, reporting, management, etc), including support.

Considered emphasis will be placed on efficiency, reliability, and conformance in determining the outcome of this EOI.

With the contract envisaged to commence from August 2017, our approach to market seeks a solution for an initial two year term - whether by way of services engagement or software licensing arrangement.

We seek qualified, experienced and solution driven Respondents who are able to demonstrate a user-friendly and efficient outcome, with extensive relevant commercial success.

Working with our stakeholders, and in coordination with our group management and operations teams, the determined solution will be implicit in ensuring our commitment to exceeding operational performances, and assisting us on our path of continued growth.

Organisations/Individuals participating in this opportunity will be required to demonstrate their capabilities in:

1. Relevant knowledge and experience in the delivery of the required services;
2. Ability to implement procedures and carry out tasks within tight time constraints;
3. Being experienced in dealing with various levels of staff and contractors;
4. Being appropriately licensed/registered, insured and compliant with State/Territory and Federal regulatory requirements, as may be required;
5. Having excellent planning, co-ordination and communication skills;
6. Having clear knowledge of, and conform with regulations/systems pertaining to each of the following:
a) Business regulations;
b) Adequate financial management and budget achievement;
c) Proven people skills, and more.
7. Proven experience and success with similar requirements and/or relationships;
8. Providing ongoing support;
9. Having the resources and/or contacts/relationships with other organisations to meet our needs, and;
10. Being prepared to provide competitive pricing to us, as compared by industry standards.
