Tender Description
The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced builders to undertake refurbishment works of an exisiting structure and new construction works as additions (toilets, storerooms and external structures).
The aim of the works is to create a Sustainability Centre which will become a new feature for the Gardens visitor area.
The location of the works is within the RTBG complex at the Domain, Hobart. It is anticipated that thew works will be completed by December 2017 in time for RTBG events over the summer period.
