Tender Description
This EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage design competition and tendering process. The objective of this EOI process is to identify and pre-register organisations that are interested in entering into the proposed contract and have suitable capacity, capability and experience.
The HDC will be procured through an International “Invited” Design Competition, which is a subsequent phase of the HDC procurement process and subject to an invitation as a result of this EOI phase.
