Opportunity to Operate Metropolitan Bus Services

⁠⁠⁠This is a registration of interest to receive further information in relation to the Request for Tender (RFT). The RFT is expected to be released in July 2017.

An Industry Briefing and a series of Market Sounding sessions have been completed and no further sessions are planned. Respondents who wish to Register Interest post the Industry Briefing and Market Sounding, may do so by completing the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll and Contract 6 Data Room User Form. Both forms should be returned to dana.reddy@transport.nsw.gov.au.

TfNSW may, at its absolute discretion grant access to the Contract 6 Data Room, where the Industry Briefing Presentation and Market Sounding protocols and questions are published. All RFT information will be released and the RFT managed through the Contract 6 Data Room. No further e-tender advertisement will appear for this Contract 6 RFT.

Access to the Data Room must be sponsored by a Bus Service Operator.

Registration to receive information in relation to the RFT will be accepted until 14 July 2017, at which time the RFT is expected to be released through the Contract 6 Data Room. No further Registrations will be accepted after 14 July 2017.
