Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the alterations and additions to the Riverside Olympic Football Club Clubrooms located at the Windsor Community Precinct, 432 West Tamar Highway, Riverside.
CMK Architects are seeking registrations of interest from suitable building contractors for the construction of these facilities and associated site works. Contractors are required to demonstrate previous commercial project capability for projects over $1M with their tender submission.
The building works are anticipated to commence August 2017 and are to be completed by March 2018.
