Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Clarence Valley Council seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from persons or organisations wishing to be considered to carry out the removal and relocation for adaptive re-use of Bailey House from 9-13 River Street, Ulmarra.

Development consent will be required to be obtained before the house is relocated to another site that must be within the Clarence Valley Council area.

The EOI closes at 3:00pm, Friday 7 July 2017 and can be emailed to gavin.beveridge@clarence.nsw.gov.au.
