Cleaning of Buildings and Facilities - Internal and External

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the cleaning of administration buildings, libraries, community centres and other facilities occupied by Council. These sites, as well as a number of other Council owned public use facilities, also require external cleaning (e.g. high pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.).

The external cleaning requirements are structured into 16 Separable Portions, by category and location. The internal asset cleaning requirements of this contract are structured into 17 Separable Portions. Please refer to Attachment 1 - Specification for the Separable Portions listing. Respondents can submit for one, any or all Separable Portions. The successful contractor for each Separable Portion will be responsible for the full delivery of services as required in this contract for the applicable sites.

This contract is for a term of five (5) years, with an anticipated contract commencement date of 1 December 2017.
