Tender Description
Council invites tenders for the reconstruction of the Pacific Paradise Town Centre, which incorporates Timari Street, Tima Lane, David Low Way service road and part of Menzies Drive at Pacific Paradise.
This is a lump sum construction contract which is to be broken into two stages:
* Stage 1 encompasses Zones A to D and has an anticipated construction period of 18 weeks with a required Date of Practical Completion of 15 December 2017.
* Stage 2 encompasses Zones E to F and has an anticipated construction period of 12 weeks with a required Date of Practical Completion of 25 January 2018.
