Tender Description
South East Water is seeking fully qualified mercantile agent(s) to provide (but not limited to) the following services:
* Instigate and manage processes for the recovery of outstanding debts through phone collections, mailed letters of demand, email, SMS, and voice-message activity, telephone number searches and skip tracing, etc.;
* Respond to enquiries from debtors whilst the matter resides with the mercantile agency;
* Provide advice to South East Water on enhancements to the debt recovery process;
* Provide a range of data and reports (as requested) to South East Water on a regular, and as required basis;
* Provide on-line access to the Mercantile agent’s collection computer system, if required; and
* Maintain accurate records on all referred accounts.
