Provision of Cleaning Services for Hunter Water Nominated Sites

⁠⁠⁠Hunter Water is seeking to engage a Contractor for the purposes of ensuring that nominated Hunter Water facilities and buildings are professionally cleaned and hygienic.

The successful contractor will be expected to have the ability to:
* Provide routine cleaning services for internal and external buildings, including sanitary areas, lunchrooms, change rooms, high level windows, blinds, concrete car park and external walk ways surface scrubbing
* Providing all cleaning equipment, materials, chemicals and disinfectant; and
* Provide all paper consumables, liquid hand soap and water less urinal deodorisers.

2. Duration of Contract


The contract period will be 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods based on performance.
