Mansfield Shire Council invite Expressions of Interest for Asset Management Systems or Services, to carry out the following:
* Maintain an advanced asset register, including hierarchies for major asset classes
* Provide a portal or dashboard for Council staff to access asset data as required
* Provide integrated GIS mapping functionality
* Provide documentation required for legislative requirements, including Asset Management Plans, Grants Commission Returns, etc.
* Provide report functionality as required, particularly focused for input to budgets & works schedules

Condition Assessments for major asset classes, including:
* Roads
* Bridges
* Stormwater Infrastructure
* Improved Land
* Kerb & Channel
* Footpaths
* Plant & Equipment

It is envisaged that any System provides:
* Ease of access for asset ownership, status, etc, for officer investigations.
* Prediction & modelling of expenditure scenarios, detailing service degradation as a result
* Inc. optimisation of expenditure for asset renewal and maintenance
* Planning for peaks in renewal expenditure
* Comparison forecasts of service provision based upon funding availability

Additional Items for consideration:
* Either integration with or replacement of Councils existing Asset Defect System
* To undertake valuations & audits of Councils assets on annual, 2, 3 and 5 yearly cycles.
* Traffic Count Data facilities

The Contract is budgeted for the 17-18 Financial Year, to be awarded in July/August 2017. Interested parties are to provide a brief of their relevant experience in conjunction with example outputs from their preferred system. Once EOI's have been received & reviewed, detailed quotes will be sought from those most closely meeting the criteria above.
