Lease of Lot 82 on CP904802 (Cloncurry Golf Course Vacant Land)

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the lease of land described as Lot 82 CP904802 (known as Cloncurry Golf Course vacant land) for the purpose of keeping horses.

Tender documents will be available on Thursday 15 June 2017. Interested parties are to contact reception at Council’s Administration Office for tender documents.

Tender documentation is to be lodged in a sealed envelope marked ‘T2017-05’ and placed in the locked tender box located in Council’s Administration Office, located at 38-46 Daintree Street, Cloncurry.

Tenders close 2.00pm Thursday 6 July 2017.

Requests for additional information should be directed to Council’s Corporate Development Officer, Joanne Green on 4742 4100.

Pursuant to 228 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld) Council might later invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specifications.
