Sutherland Shire Council (SSC) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified service providers as a preliminary stage within the procurement process for the HVAC Maintenance Contract.
Instead of providing a prescriptive scope, SSC is planning to take a consultative approach through this process where service providers can propose the optimal service specification and levels based upon their experience.
This EOI is designed to be a market test to determine the numbers of respondents interested to work in this way and the effectiveness of this approach in delivering the objectives.
From this EOI it is expected that a shortlist of service providers will be selected to respond to the full tender.
