Online end to end recruitment system capable of storing, sorting and processing job and applicant information across Council utilising workflows, approvals and enhanced communication capabilities. The system would integrate with third party web based job boards and have the ability to electronically integrate with Council’s Human Resource Information & Payroll System (HRIS), currently PayGlobal and other external systems.
