Leadership Development Program Consultancy

⁠⁠⁠Lismore City Council's objective is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced professional service provider to design and co-deliver a leadership program for the 12 members of the senior management team. The contract is for one year: the 2017/18 Financial Year. Council has embarked on a series of leadership development activities. These initiatives intend to move us towards business excellence through leadership, governance, ethics and integrity.

The Lismore City Council formed on 1 April 1977 is a progressive and innovative organisation located in the heart of the beautiful Northern Rivers Region of NSW. Employing approximately 300 staff, Council provides services to over 46,000 residents and manages a budget of approximately $130M pa. Lismore is the commercial and cultural hub of the region. It provides many of the region's major services and its shopping and sporting facilities, hospitals and schools serve residents of much of the surrounding area.
