Provision of Nursing Services for Home Support Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to provide a qualified permanent nursing practitioner to undertake service specific assessments for personal care services provided to clients accessing the Commonwealth Home Support Program.

The position will be located within the Service Delivery team, reporting directly to Coordinator, Home Support Services.

Past experience working with Local Government Aged Care Services (i.e. with frail aged, people with a disability and their carers) is desirable.
