Tenders are invited to provide quantity surveying consultancy for the Redevelopment of Prahran Town Hall.

The project includes:
* Providing cost planning services for all phases and stages of the Prahran Town Hall Redevelopment Project
* Attending regular meetings as outlined in section Attendance at Meetings.
* Providing formal reports to the Project Manager and Project Working Group that reflect the evolution of design and construction documentation
* Reviewing construction tenders and providing advice about tender prices
* Reviewing monthly construction invoices and advising the Project Manager on claims for progress payments.

NOTE: The TenderLink online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
