Supply & Installation of Gymnasium Equipment for Leisure Centres

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong is looking for a contractor to supply and install gymnasium equipment for the next three (3) to five (5) financial years to upgrade current equipment and add to the equipment range due to different training methods and advancements in technology at various gymnasiums throughout the City of Greater Geelong. This equipment will be purchased from a schedule of rates provided by the tenderer.

Council owns and directly operates a number of Leisure, Sports and Aquatic facilities throughout the municipality. Of these facilities council operates four (4) large gymnasiums that cater for a wide ranging demographics including families, seniors, teenagers, generations X, Y and Z, disability and rehabilitation. These gymnasiums have been equipped with high quality gymnasium equipment that is continually upgraded to provide users the very best possible range of equipment available.

Council has set a number of mandatory requirements which are detailed in the Tender Schedules - tenderers must meet all mandatory requirements to be considered for this supply and installation of equipment.

Please note there will be a mandatory site inspection of all four facilities which is scheduled for Wednesday 14 June 2017 commencing at 9.00 am AEST at Waterworld Leisure Centre. Suppliers are to make their own transport arrangements and numbers are limited to 2 people per supplier.

Tenderers are required to complete the tender schedules and pricing schedules which can be downloaded.
