OCD WORKSHOP (JP9101): Project Phoenix - Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communications System (EDHFCS)

⁠⁠⁠The JP9101 Project is seeking input from industry and academia with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and experience in High Frequency Defence capabilities, Operational Concept Document (OCD)/Concept of Operations and C4I to participate in the EDHFCS OCD workshop validation in support of JP9101 ‘Project Phoenix’ Capability Life Cycle (CLC) development.

The OCD Workshop Validation activity is seeking practical, resilient, innovative and viable ideas, approaches and potential solutions to support the robust development of the Project Phoenix OCD and ensure the future transition of Defence HF communications from HFMOD (DHFCS) to Enhanced DHFCS is seamless and without loss of the Defence HF capability.
