Tender Description
The TPRC is seeking tender proposals from experienced and qualified builders for the design and construction of a Land Sales Office and Information Centre to be located on Lot 2094 Portofino Promenade, Mindarie.
* The Land Sales Office is required to commence operations from October 2018 concurrent with the launch of Catalina Beach Display Village (also referred to as Display Village 3).
* The Land Sales Office is intended to provide a bench mark for all other housing construction within the Catalina Beach Estate in terms of design, innovation and sustainability.
The building will be used as a Land Sales Office and Information Centre for approximately six years. After this time, the building is to be retro-fitted by the Tamala Park Regional Council to a residential dwelling.
The preferred builder will be appointed by the TPRC, however, will report directly to the Satterley Property Group as project managers on behalf of the Council.
The scope of services is to include but not be limited to the following:
* Design and construction of a two storey (minimum) building suitable for use as a Land Sales Office and Information Centre for a six year term. At the conclusion of the six year term, the building is to be retro-fitted to a residential dwelling.
* The Land Sales Office is to be designed to enable a retro-fit to a minimum three bedroom, two bathroom residence at the completion of the Sales Office land use function and designed to maximise returns to the TPRC.
* The building shall include all hardstand areas including driveway.
* The builder is responsible for ensuring all service connections to the dwelling.
