Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council has a requirement to select a suitably qualified contractor for the cleaning of Sutherland Leisure Centre and Menai Indoor Sports Centre as detailed in Part 5 - Service Specification.
A mandatory Pre-tender briefing / site inspection will be held for prospective tenderers at Sutherland Leisure Centre located at Rawson Ave, Sutherland on 14 June 2017 commencing at 10.00am. Meet at front reception.
At the conclusion of the Sutherland inspection, prospective tenderers will be required to attend Menai Indoor Sports Centre located at 98-150 Allison Crescent, Menai for a further inspection.

Note: submissions received from companies that have not attended site inspection will not be considered.
