Tender Description
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Design Consultancy Services for the Long Reef Surf Life Saving Club Renewal. The scope of the tender calls for an architectural practice to lead a design team comprising all consultants required for the delivery of a design that meets or exceeds Councils requirements as stated in Part C and Part D.
The engagement of the Consultant for the Design Consultancy Services will follow a three stage process. In the first stage, the Consultant will be contracted up to the completion of the concept design phase. Subject to Council approval, the Consultant will be engaged through to DA. Following Council approval of the project to proceed to the design development and construction phases, the Consultant will then be engaged for the remainder of project.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
The expected start date for the work is November 2017.
