Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the replacement of roof sheeting and asociated works at the following schools:
Yarwan SS - Music And Science Block - 35 Butler Street, Yarwan Qld 4694
Gladstone SHS - Block O - 30 Dawson Rd, Gladstone Central Qld 4680
Biloela SS - Block C - 48 Rainbow St, Biloela QLD 4715
Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with current QBCC builders licence and previous school experience.
Please email Richard Pearse at Honeywill Consulting (richard@honeywill.com.au) with your company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to Building Contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and that have previous experience working in schools.
Site inspections are recommended. The details for the schools BSM will be forwarded to successful tenderers to arrange a site visit once they have been vetted and approved.
Submissions close on Wednesday the 7th of June 2017 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.
