Extension for Expressions of Interest to be Submitted for the Proposed Sale of the Velodrome Site, Kable Avenue, Tamworth

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties in the proposed sale of the Velodrome site in Kable Avenue, Tamworth.

Expressions of Interest will close at 11:00am on Friday 26 May 2017.

Expressions of Interest may be lodged electronically at: trc@tamworth.nsw.gov.au or mailed to PO Box 55, Tamworth, NSW 2340, or lodged in the tender box in Ray Walsh House, 437 Peel Street, Tamworth. (Note: Under no circumstances are expressions of interest documents to be emailed to council staff). Please note that the lowest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing or lobbying for the purpose of attempting to influence the impartial performance of the public duty of councillors and council staff will result in disqualification of the Expression of Interest.
