Tender Description
Ports North (PN) is the landowner of the vacant yard adjacent to the Mourilyan Harbour boat ramp carpark.
The yard has in recent years been used to treat and stockpile fill of various qualities and is currently not free draining and not in a readily usable state. The intention of the works detailed in this General Enquiry is to regrade the complete yard area utilising the existing stockpiles of fill and install inground drainage to replace the poorly functioning existing drainage. Two new sealed entry driveways and gates will also be constructed.
