RFT - Information and Support for After Hours Mental Health Care Options for Young People

⁠⁠⁠Eastern Melbourne PHN (EMPHN) wishes to engage a supplier to provide Information regarding After Hours Mental Health Care Options to Young People and their Families and provide Follow-Up Support.

This procurement will have a prevention, early intervention and education focus, coupled with treatment options, which seeks to build the capacity of young people and their families to better manage emerging mental health issues. It is a multi-faceted approach which draws on evidence based interventions. The contract, for the successful respondent, is expected to commence on 1 August 2017 and have a duration of 12 months.
