Manningham City Council is seeking submissions from Creatve agencies to take work overflow for Council's Communication team. The range of skills include: Advertising and Marketing Campaigns and animation and reports, brochure, branding, digital design, newsletters, posters, signage, edms and dms, videography, photography and promotional merchadise.
