Request for Proposal: National Market Development Program for the Australian Turf Industry

⁠⁠⁠Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable service provider/s for the project National market development program for the Australian turf industry (TU16002) to:
* Develop a strategy including annual work plans to identify market development opportunities for the Australian turf industry including key initiatives and resources to address these. This must align with Objective 1 of the turf industry Strategic Investment Plan 2017-2021
* Disseminate market research and research findings in alignment to the above strategy and turf industry Strategic Investment Plan 2017-2021 through a suite of extension strategies that build capacity in individuals, farming businesses and across the turf industry to ensure individuals have access to the right information, at the right time and in the right form to support their productivity, profitability and global competitiveness. Extension strategies may include mentoring, group facilitation, technology transfer events such as workshops, presentations and field days where necessary
* Engage nationally with influencers and key stakeholders (for example, engineers, specifiers and town planners) to disseminate market research and research findings to promote the value of turf in alignment to the above strategy and turf industry Strategic Investment Plan 2017-2021
* Provide relevant R&D information to agencies responsible for industry communications for dissemination through existing communication channels at a national and state level
* Support regional industry networks to ensure consistency of messages to industry, influencers and key stakeholders to enhance knowledge and application of project outcomes
* Provide feedback to Hort Innovation on R&D opportunities and issues identified through project activities.
