Provision of Tree Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking responses from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications/qualifications, capacity a high standard of capability and can deliver the best value for money.

As part of this requirement Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results and solutions that support the achievement of business requirements consistent with Council's overall strategic direction.

This Request for Tender (RFT), Fairfield City Council intends to procure services from organisations as outlined in the Statement of Requirement of the Request for Tender documents.

It is Council's preference to engage Contractors that has been accredited as a Vegetation Contractor by a NSW Electrical Network Owner or equivalent, i.e. that the company and the workers are qualified to do Vegetation Management works on or near power lines and who is a member of both or either of the following two industry Associations:
* Tree Contractors Association of Australia
* National Arborists Association of Australia

The scope of the Tree Maintenance Services requested in the Tender includes the following key deliverables:
* Pruning;
* Tree Removal;
* Stump Grinding;
* Root Pruning;
* Emergency Responses; and
* Specialist Reporting

Tender close at 2.30 pm AEST on Wednesday 7 June 2017 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time.
