Northern Beaches Council Tender RFT 2017 080 Design and Construction Cromer Park Field No.2 Synthetic Sports field.
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of major works for designing and constructing a new synthetic sportsfield located at Cromer Park field No. 2. The scope of the works includes:
Design of a FIFA Quality standard synthetic sportsfield (including sportsground goal posts, corner flags), boundary fence, technical area including shelters and all drainage and other ancillary infrastructure including new access pathways.
Construction of a FIFA Quality standard synthetic sportsfield (including sportsground goal posts, corner flags), boundary fence, technical area including shelters and all drainage and other ancillary infrastructure including new access pathways per the approved design.
Maintenance of the synthetic sportsfield per the suppliers specification for three years from the date of practical completion with two one year options in Council's favour.
