Graffiti Vandalism Management Services

⁠⁠⁠Collaborative Tendering
Moreland City Council, Hume City Councila and City of Whittlesea are seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide Graffiti Services including:
* Graffiti Removal Kits;
* Graffiti Removal Services;
* Removal of Bill Posters & other Illegal Advertising;
* Clean Activity Centres including pathways, footpath, Council notice, and similar services; and
* Clean Caged Bins.

Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Councils.
