Cleaning Contract for Barham Community Centre and Other Council Premises

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking tenders for cleaning services in respect of the following council premises:
* Barham Community Centre, the adjacent School of Arts Hall, Riverside Reception Room, Library, Offices and associated toilet facilities located at 15 Murray St,
* Community Rest Centre located in Noorong St, and
* The amenities and offices located at the Lawson St Works Depot.

Tenders must be in the form specified in the Request for Tender documentation, addressed to the Interim General Manager and be lodged with Council no later than 4pm, Friday 2nd June 2017 (closing time).

Details of previous experience, a capability statement and at least three references including contact details for confirmation by Council in respect to similar contracts must accompany any Tender lodged.

All tenders will be considered by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 and the NSW Local Government (General) Regulation 2005. Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.

Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tendered price nor will the lowest tendered price necessarily be accepted.
