Tender Description
Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) are requesting tenders for the provision of primary care mental health services for people experiencing severe mental illness. CESPHN wish to commission service hubs in the areas of greatest need including: Sydney and Inner West, and St George and Sutherland Shire.
This procurement focuses on integration of mental health services with general practices and use of CESPHNs centralised referral intake process. Services will be delivered by mental health nurses and peer workers. CESPHNs vision is that people experiencing severe mental illness are well supported and the program is recovery-focused.
