Audit Risk & Improvement Committee External Member

⁠⁠⁠The City of Newcastle is seeking to appoint an external member to its Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee. This is an advisory committee to Council, providing independent assurance and assistance to Council in the areas of internal audit, risk, control, compliance and financial reporting.

Applications are sought from interested persons with appropriate qualifications, skills and expertise. Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience should be in areas including financial management, auditing, risk management, regulatory compliance, local government and law.
