Tender Description
The Haughton River Floodplain Upgrade Project scope includes a major road and bridge upgrade to a 14km section of Bruce Highway between Ayr and Townsville.
TMR are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably TMR pre-qualified construction contractors (R4, B4, F150+) to undertake the Detailed Design and Construction of the Haughton River Floodplain Upgrade Project. The project will be delivered via a competitive Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process.
Project background, Tendering Forms and Schedules, and the Draft Stage One contract are provided as part of this “Request for Proposal” documentation and are attached for download.

Hardcopy documents are required to be submitted to the tender box detailed in the invitation. This will be a private opening.
The closing date and time for the for Expression of Interest is Friday, 2 June 2017 at 2.00pm (Qld time). Hard copy Tender Submissions are to be lodged in the Tender Box, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Level 6, 313 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 before the tender close.
