Tender Description
Victoria Legal Aid is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to lead a mid-term review (estimate August 2017) and final evaluation (prior to the end of the first 3-year service agreement in August 2018) of its Independent Mental Health Advocacy service.
The aim is to critically and credibly assess the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and appropriateness of the IMHA intervention, generating lessons learned and recommendations to inform improvements to the service; and providing the necessary evidence to underpin any service changes and potential expansion.
