Morrison Bay Seawall Remedial Works

⁠⁠⁠The City of Ryde is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors to undergo renewal works on the seawall located at Morrison Bay Park, Frances Road, Putney, NSW 2112. The work aims to prevent erosion of the riverbanks and damage to foreshore infrastructure.

The scope of works covered in this RFT is for two separable portions, which Tenderers are invited to tender for Separable Portion 1, Separable Portion 2, or both separable portions.

Separable Portion 1:
Construction of the Morrison Bay seawall and the associated landscape and civil works.

Separable Portion 2:
Supply and delivery of the sandstone for the construction of the Morrison Bay seawall.

Interested Tenderers may attend a non-mandatory site inspection on Tuesday 9th May 2017 at Morrison Bay Park, Putney, NSW 2112 at 12:00pm for Separable Portion 1 and Meadowbank Park, Meadowbank, NSW 2114 at 1:30pm for Separable Portion 2.
