T10 2016/2017 - Tenders are invited for the provision of a building maintenance works package in the town of Croydon.
The Contract on offer is ‘Croydon Heritage Buildings, Essential Maintenance.’

A site briefing will be conducted in Croydon on Thursday 11 May 2017 from 1.00pm to 4.00pm. Attendance at the site visit is a requirement for all tenderers. Tenderers must register their attendance at the site visit by emailing admin@croydon.qld.gov.au prior to 11 May 2017.
Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 relating to changes to tenders may be applied.
Tenders will close at 4.00pm Friday 26 May 2017.
