Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new covered outdoor learning area at Milpera State High School located at 2 Parker Street, Chelmer Qld 4068.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2, current QBCC builders licence and previous school experience.
Please email Peter Millatt at Honeywill Consulting (peter@honeywill.com.au) with your PCQ certificate, company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to Building Contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and that have previous experience working in schools.
A site inspection will be held on the 9th of May 2017 at 10:30 am.
Submissions close on Friday the 19th of May 2017 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.
