Tender Description
Council invites tenders for the reconstruction of the Pacific Paradise Town Centre, which incorporates Timari Street, Tima Lane, David Low Way service road and part of Menzies Drive at Pacific Paradise.
This is a lump sum construction contract with an anticipated construction period of 24 weeks programmed. Works are estimated to commence early June 2017, with practical completion by 24 November 2017.
Works are to be carried out in a manner that minimises the impact on business traders, members of the public, parking and traffic, and will be divided into zones (Contract Separable Portions) to minimise the areas under construction at any one time.
Access to all affected business premises during the operating times must be maintained throughout construction.
