3.0 The Project
This Expression of Interest seeks to identify experienced construction contractors to undertake construction of the proposed Neighbourhood Centre.
The proposed building will accommodate following activities:
The scope includes:
* Foyer, information, exhibition area
* Large multi-purpose hall (200 people)
* Office
* Multipurpose/Meeting room
* Outdoor areas
* Landscaping and site embellishment
The proposed facility will use the existing car park.
