Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the maintenance of bins, rest areas and roadside toilets in the Riverina District.
The tender is for maintenance and servicing of rest areas and roadside toilets at various locations along the Newell, Sturt, Olympic, Mid-Western and Cobb Highways in the Riverina District, South West Region of NSW.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at: 10:30am on Thursday 11th May 2017 at Darlington Point Club, Darlington Point.
Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by 5 May 2017 to the email address Ibrahim.Helmy@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation - 17.0000302003.0396”.
Tender shall be submitted before 2.30pm (Sydney time) on Monday 22 May 2017. The tenders shall be submitted to the E-Tender website.
