The 2017 EMERALD AGRICULTURAL SHOW is on from Tuesday 6th & Wednesday 7th June.
The following tenders ar
Man the Ticket Entry Booths:
To sell entry ticket to the public and place armbands on paying patrons.
Provide this at the carpark booth, front gate booths and back gate booth from the hours of:
Tuesday 06.06.17, 7.30am – 8pm and Wednesday 07.06.17, 7.30am – 2pm.
Bar Service:
To provide Bar service to the main Bar : Tuesday 06.06.17 10am – Wednesday 07.06.17 2am.
Wednesday 07.06.17 10am – 6pm
To provide Bar service at Cattleman’s Bar: Tuesday 06.06.17 4pm – 10pm.
Bar service must also include one persons per bar area over 18 to check ID at Bar entry point and place armbands in Main bar area from the hours of 10am – 6pm Tuesday 06.06.17 and Wednesday 07.06.17 10am – 6pm
Bar service is to liaise with Bar manager with any requirements needed.
Ensure that Bar checklist has been followed.
Car Park Attendants:
To assist with the direction and safe parking of cars for the duration of the Emerald Show.
Must provide one volunteer to man the Horse gate entry which will assist the hired security on the main gate.
Tuesday 06.06.17 – 7.30 – 9pm
Wednesday 07.06.17 – 7.30am – 3pm.
Cleaning of Amenities Block:
To clean and restock 3 sets of amenities blocks for the duration of the Emerald Show.
Further information can be obtained for this Tender.
Rubbish/Clean up:
To assist in the removal of rubbish bin content to skip bins provided over the duration of the Emerald show. Monday 05.06.17, Tuesday 06.06.17, Wednesday 07.06.17, Thursday 08.06.17.
