Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are hereby called for the monitoring of the essential fire safety services for Council properties listed in Annexure 2 to ensure compliance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Regulation 2005.

Monitoring of all essential fire safety services in each Council building listed.

Defect reports are to be prepared for properties where defects are found.

Annual Fire Safety Certificate is to be provided for all commercial and public buildings are required under section.

Tenders will be received up until 12 noon 4.00pm Wednesday 17 May 2017.
