Short Term Rental of Motor Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to establish cross-jurisdictional Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the Short-Term Rental of Motor Vehicles. The purpose of this ITO is to seek offers from suppliers that possess the capability, capacity and experience to provide Short Term Rental of Motor Vehicle Services to Queensland Government and Participating Jurisdictions including:
* New South Wales,
* Victoria,
* South Australia, and
* New Zealand (when travelling in Australia)

The Services to be provided under this SOA, include the provision of self-drive vehicles and associated services, for use throughout Australia, and internationally. These Services include, but are not limited to:
* The provision of a high standard of hire motor vehicles including vehicle presentation, accessories, maintenance, age and condition;
* A proven and consistent level of customer service;
* A responsive complaint resolution process;
* Comprehensive, timely and accurate reporting;
* Toll payment and management process;
* Providing acceptable customer support facilities (e.g. breakdown services) for immobilised or faulty vehicles;
* A comprehensive range of vehicles including (4) wheel drive vehicles for regional locations;
* Vehicle availability, particularly at airports and regional areas; and
* Where possible the minimisation of adverse environmental impacts
