Calvary Health Care ACT Ltd (CHCACT) is made up of the following.
* Calvary Public Hospital Bruce (CPHB) on the Bruce Campus. The Public Hospital (275 beds) provides acute and sub-acute services.
* Clare Holland House (CHH) at Barton. Clare Holland House (19 beds) is a hospice.
* The Business Support Facility (is offices only) at 21 Thynne Street Bruce. The Business Support Facility is approximately 1,800 square metres of office space.
* Calvary Bruce Private hospital (CBPH) on the Bruce campus. The Private Hospital (85 beds) provides private hospital services. This arrangement will only run until approximately mid July 2017, although the space occupied by the CBPH will require cleaning after that time.

CHCACT invites Expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and accredited corporations for the provision of Hospital Cleaning Services to the four facilities mentioned above.

The scope of the Hospital Cleaning Services requirements includes the following components:
* Full Hospital Cleaning services to the three hospital facilities outlined above. Full office Cleaning Services to Thynne Street.
* Occasional cleaning (via separate quote and work order) of the Multi Storey Carpark on the Bruce Campus.
* Occasional cleaning (via separate quote and work order) of the curtilages of the above buildings.
* Compliance with all current and applicable codes, standards and legislation for the hospital cleaning industry.
* Compliance with all current and applicable CHCACT operating instructions and policies.

The term of any possible future contract emanating from this REOI is proposed to be 3 years + 2 x 1 options.

A Mandatory Site Inspection / Industry Briefing will be conducted in Function Room No. 3 on Thursday 11 May 2017 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stage 2 participants are requested to register in the foyer of the main entrance at Calvary Hospital which is located at the corner of Belconnen Way and Haydon Drive, Bruce.

An electronic copy of the Stage 1 REOI will be available from 11:00 AM Tuesday 18 April 2017.
Stage 1 of the REOI closes on Monday 1 May 2017 at 2:00 PM (Canberra time). Subsequent to the Stage 1 REOI, the highest ranked respondents to the REOI will be requested to provide quotes for the solutions that they have proposed in the Stage 1 REOI.
