Call for Expression of Interest - Orange Accommodation Search

⁠⁠⁠Property NSW (PNSW) is seeking 8,500m2 of leased office accommodation, for an initial lease term of 12 to 15 years, in the regional New South Wales town of Orange.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to invite Proponents to lodge Proposals to provide the required suburban A-Grade office accommodation, with occupation to be scheduled for early 2020.

How to lodge a Proposal, the information sought from Proponents, the assessment process and conditions are explained in the EOI document. The documents also include the Returnable Schedules for completion, execution and lodgment.

Following receipt of Proposals a Tender Evaluation Committee will undertake an assessment and determine a short list of Preferred Proponents who will be invited to submit detailed proposals.

This EOI does not constitute a commitment to any procurement, nor an offer of a contract, nor prospective contract. PNSW shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any Proponent in the preparation and submission of a Proposal in response to this EOI. Proposals will be accepted by Lessors, Developers or their appointed agents only.
